Welcome to SEED Initiative - Synergising Enterprise for Empowerment and Discipleship
Empowering Young Entrepreneurs to Build Businesses that Transform Communities
The SEED Initiative equips Africa’s next generation of entrepreneurs to merge faith, enterprise, and impact - creating sustainable change from the ground up.
What is SEED?
SEED (Synergising Enterprise for Empowerment and Discipleship) is a movement designed to empower young Africans (ages 19–29) to create sustainable enterprises rooted in Biblical principles.
We believe that when faith and enterprise work together, lives and communities are transformed.
Our Vision
To see a generation of Christ-centered entrepreneurs who build businesses that bring spiritual, social, and economic renewal to their communities.
Why SEED Matters
Africa’s youth are rich in potential but often limited by poverty and lack of opportunity.
SEED addresses these challenges by:
- Providing practical business training and mentorship
- Cultivating a theology of work and discipleship
- Supporting faith-driven entrepreneurship that serves communities
